Things that often come together.
Common questions.
Why does my AC blow cold at speed but warm at idle?
Usually a cooling-fan, condenser-airflow, or refrigerant-charge issue. We test airflow across the condenser and verify the fans cycle correctly under load.
How much does an AC recharge cost?
A straight evacuate-and-recharge with no leak runs less than full diagnostics. If we find a leak first, we'd recommend fixing it — recharging a leaking system just refills the atmosphere.
What refrigerant does my car use?
R-134a for most vehicles up to about 2015, R-1234yf for newer ones. We have both and verify your system's spec sticker before service.
Why does my AC smell musty?
Usually bacteria growth on a wet evaporator or a saturated cabin filter. Replacing the cabin filter and running a quick evaporator treatment usually clears it.
